Accessibility Statement
Effective date: July 29, 2026
Street Teams is committed to making its website, dashboards, and mobile app usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are continually improving.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our ongoing measures include:
- Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks, and labels;
- Keyboard operability for interactive elements;
- Sufficient color contrast (our interface is high-contrast black and white by design);
- Text alternatives for meaningful images;
- Support for platform assistive technologies (screen readers, text scaling) in the mobile app;
- Accessibility review as part of building new features.
Known limitations
Some content on the Services is created by users (creator profiles, campaign briefs, and submitted video content) and may not always meet accessibility standards. We encourage users to add captions and descriptive text, and we will assist with access to any user content on request.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on the Services — or need any part of the Services or these policies in an alternative format — please contact us. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to provide the information or service you need through an accessible channel.
