Terms of Service

Effective date: July 29, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of streetteams.com, our web dashboards, our mobile app, and related services (together, the "Services"), operated by Internet Division LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Street Teams," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. Creators also agree to the Creator Agreement; businesses also agree to the Business Agreement. If those role-specific agreements conflict with these Terms, the role-specific agreement controls for that topic. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

1. What Street Teams is

Street Teams is a marketplace that connects local businesses with local content creators for paid collaborations, primarily short-form social video. We provide the platform — campaign posting, discovery, offers, content submission, approval, and payment processing. We are not a party to the collaboration between a business and a creator, we are not an employer, agency, talent manager, or broker for either side, and we do not guarantee campaign results, engagement, or sales.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • Creator accounts may be placed on a waitlist and require approval before gaining full access. We may approve, decline, or revoke access at our discretion.
  • One person or entity per account. You may not sell, transfer, or share accounts.

3. Credits, payments, and fees

Businesses purchase credit plans to fund actions on the platform; creators are paid for completed collaborations through our payment processor, Stripe. Pricing, credit mechanics, refunds, and payout timing are described in the Refund & Payment Policy, the Business Agreement, and the Creator Agreement, which are part of these Terms.

4. Content

  • Your content stays yours. You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Street Teams a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Services.
  • Licenses between creators and businesses for campaign content are set out in the Creator Agreement and Business Agreement.
  • You represent that you have all rights needed to post your content and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or the law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe others' rights;
  • Post false, deceptive, or misleading content, including undisclosed paid promotion;
  • Buy, sell, or fake followers, views, or engagement, or misrepresent your audience;
  • Circumvent the platform to avoid fees (taking a matched collaboration off-platform to avoid credits or payout processing);
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, or post content prohibited by our Community Guidelines;
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Services, probe or test vulnerabilities without authorization, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
  • Use the Services to send spam or violate the platform rules of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or any other connected platform.

6. FTC disclosure compliance

All campaign content is paid promotion and must be clearly disclosed as such (for example, #ad or the platform's paid-partnership label), consistent with the FTC's Endorsement Guides and applicable platform rules. Creators are responsible for making disclosures; businesses must not ask creators to omit them.

7. Copyright (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See our DMCA / Copyright Policy for how to submit a takedown notice or counter-notice and for our designated agent's contact information. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

8. Third-party services

The Services interoperate with third-party platforms and services (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Stripe, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Connecting a social account is optional and revocable at any time.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time (see Data & Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal risk, or discontinuation of the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses already granted, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms) survive.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CAMPAIGN WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREET TEAMS AND INTERNET DIVISION LLC, AND THEIR MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE AND (B) $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Street Teams and Internet Division LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, your collaborations with other users, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@streetteams.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Each party waives any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the Services before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and close your account.

15. General

These Terms, together with the policies and agreements they reference, are the entire agreement between you and Street Teams about the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
