Creator Agreement

Effective date: July 29, 2026

This Creator Agreement applies to anyone using Street Teams as a creator and supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. By creating a creator account, you agree to it. "We," "us," and "Street Teams" mean Internet Division LLC.

1. Independent contractor

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Street Teams or of any business you work with through the platform. You control how, when, and whether you create content, subject only to the deliverables you agree to in a collaboration. Nothing here entitles you to employment benefits, and you are free to work with other platforms and clients — there is no exclusivity.

2. Eligibility and waitlist

  • You must be at least 18 and eligible to work as an independent contractor where you live.
  • New creator accounts start on a waitlist pending review. Approval criteria may include audience size, content quality, and connected-account verification, and may change over time. We may approve, decline, or revoke creator access at our discretion.
  • Connecting a social account (for example TikTok) authorizes us to receive profile and audience data from that platform as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Collaborations

  • A collaboration is a direct agreement between you and one business for one campaign: deliverables, compensation, and due date are fixed when an offer is accepted.
  • You are never obligated to accept an invitation or offer. Once you accept, you are expected to deliver on time and to spec.
  • The business reviews your submission and may request revisions consistent with the campaign brief. Approval by the business completes the collaboration and triggers your payout.
  • If you cannot deliver, say so promptly. Repeated no-shows or abandoned collaborations can lead to suspension or removal.

4. Content ownership and license

  • You own the content you create.
  • Upon approval and payout of a collaboration, you grant the business a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the approved campaign content in connection with its business and marketing, unless the campaign brief specifies a different license. You keep the right to display the content in your own portfolio and channels.
  • You grant Street Teams the platform license described in the Terms of Service (hosting, display, and promotion of the Services).
  • You must have rights to everything in your content — music, footage, trademarks, and identifiable people. Do not use licensed platform audio in content a business will reuse off-platform unless the license allows it.

5. Disclosures and truthful endorsement

Every piece of campaign content must clearly disclose the paid relationship (#ad, "paid partnership," or the platform's branded-content label) per the FTC Endorsement Guides and the publishing platform's rules. Your endorsement must reflect your honest opinion and actual experience with the business or product. You are responsible for your content's compliance with these requirements.

6. Payment

  • Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe onboarding (including any identity verification Stripe requires) before you can be paid.
  • Your payout for a collaboration is created when the business approves your submission. Timing of funds arriving depends on Stripe processing and your bank — typically a few business days after approval.
  • We may withhold or reverse payouts connected to fraud, fake engagement, undisclosed advertising, or other material violations, as described in the Refund & Payment Policy.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes. Amounts paid to you are gross of any taxes; nothing is withheld. Where required, you will receive tax forms (for example a Form 1099 for US creators meeting reporting thresholds) from us or from Stripe, and you agree to provide accurate taxpayer information when requested.

8. Representations

You represent and warrant that:

  • Your account and audience metrics are genuine;
  • Your content is original or fully licensed, and does not infringe any third-party rights;
  • You will comply with applicable law, the FTC Endorsement Guides, and the rules of every platform where you publish campaign content; and
  • You are not subject to any agreement that conflicts with this one.

9. Term and termination

This Agreement applies while you have a creator account. Either party may end it at any time by closing the account (see Data & Account Deletion); collaborations already accepted must still be completed or cancelled with the business. Licenses granted for completed collaborations, payment terms, and Sections 1, 4, 7, and 8 survive termination.
