DMCA / Copyright Policy

Effective date: July 29, 2026

Street Teams respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

1. Designated agent

Send copyright notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:

DMCA Agent — Internet Division LLC
30 N Gould St
Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States
Phone: 213-545-6969
Email: support@streetteams.com (subject line: "DMCA Notice")

2. Filing a takedown notice

Your written notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list);
  2. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Services (a URL or enough detail for us to find it);
  3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the user who posted it. Misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

3. Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent including:

  1. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal;
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number;
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, for any judicial district in which Street Teams may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice; and
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

We track infringement notices and terminate the accounts of users who are subject to repeated valid notices, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.

5. Trademark and other IP

For trademark, publicity, or other intellectual-property complaints, email support@streetteams.com with "IP Complaint" in the subject and the same identifying details as above; we review them under our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
