Business Agreement

Effective date: July 29, 2026

This Business Agreement applies to anyone using Street Teams on behalf of a business and supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. By creating a business account you agree to it on behalf of the business you represent, and you confirm you have authority to do so. "We," "us," and "Street Teams" mean Internet Division LLC.

1. The marketplace

Street Teams lets you post campaigns, discover local creators, invite them to collaborate, review submitted content, and pay creators — all in one place. Each collaboration is a direct agreement between your business and one creator. Street Teams is not a party to it, is not an advertising agency or talent agency, and does not guarantee creator performance, content outcomes, engagement, or sales.

2. Credits and plans

  • Platform actions are funded by credits, purchased in plans. Current plans and prices are shown at purchase; as of the effective date: Mini ($99 / 200 credits), Starter ($249 / 700 credits), and Growth ($399 / 1,600 credits).
  • Opening a creator's full profile costs 1 credit. Inviting a creator to a campaign costs 10 credits.
  • If a creator declines your invitation, the invitation credits are not refunded. If an invitation goes unanswered, you may withdraw it after 10 days for a credit refund.
  • Unused credits expire at each monthly refill and do not roll over.
  • Credits are a prepaid license to use platform features — not money, not transferable, not redeemable for cash except where required by law. See the Refund & Payment Policy for refund terms.

3. Campaigns and collaborations

  • Campaign briefs must be accurate and complete: deliverable, compensation, city, number of creators, and due date. The brief plus the accepted offer define the deal with each creator.
  • Campaigns must comply with law and our Community Guidelines, including the prohibited categories list. You are responsible for legal compliance of your products and claims — including any substantiation, licensing, or labeling your industry requires.
  • You may not require a creator to omit or bury the paid-partnership disclosure, and you may not script false claims of the creator's personal experience.
  • Review submissions promptly. You may request revisions consistent with the brief; approving a submission completes the collaboration and immediately creates the creator's payout. Approval is final.
  • Do not take matched collaborations off-platform to avoid fees.

4. Content license

Upon approval and payout, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the approved campaign content in connection with your business and marketing, unless the campaign brief specifies different terms. The creator retains ownership and portfolio rights. Platform-specific limitations (for example, licensed audio that cannot be reused off-platform) still apply.

5. Billing

  • Plans are billed through Stripe using the payment method you provide; you authorize the charges.
  • Prices may change; changes apply to future purchases, never retroactively to credits you already bought.
  • Chargebacks on legitimately delivered credits or collaborations may result in account suspension. Contact us first — most billing issues can be fixed directly.
  • Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.

6. No employment relationship

Creators are independent contractors of neither Street Teams nor, absent a separate agreement you make off-platform, your business. You agree not to treat a creator as your employee based on platform activity, and you will not use the platform to solicit employment in violation of a creator's other obligations.

7. Representations

You represent and warrant that:

  • Your business information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the business;
  • Your campaigns, products, and claims comply with applicable law and regulation;
  • You hold all rights in materials you supply to creators (logos, product imagery, scripts); and
  • You will use creator content only within the license granted.

8. Term and termination

This Agreement applies while you have a business account. Either party may end it at any time by closing the account (see Data & Account Deletion). Obligations for in-flight collaborations, licenses already granted, unpaid amounts, and Sections 4–7 survive termination. Unused credits at closure are handled per the Refund & Payment Policy.
